Resolved. We have moved the automatic tagging and captioning of new uploads to a different GPU cloud provider. New uploads are getting their tags and captions at normal speed again, and everything else on skowt.cc has been working normally throughout.

The site is up, but not everything is fully working yet. Our upstream GPU provider, which handles the automatic tags and captions for new uploads, is having capacity problems. New uploads still go through, but their tags and captions may take longer than usual to appear. We are moving this work off the current provider. Everything else on skowt.cc is working normally.

skowt.cc and the API are back up. The upstream provider issue has cleared and browsing, search, and downloads are working normally again. We are monitoring.
